Major luxury renovations, alterations and additions to this existing home required a very high level of workmanship, premium level finishes, fixtures and fittings were used throughout. Complex structural engineering was involved during building process. Included renovation of adjoining studio structure and soft and hard landscaping.

This new architect designed home, pool and landscaping optimises its elevated position, this home's three levels are articulated to the northeast with a top floor boasting an 11.7 metre wide living area under 3-metre high ceilings with cantilevered support.
Architect designed new home including demolition of the existing dwelling. The project included various building techniques including piling, Shotcrete, multiple concrete slabs aluminium roofing and windows, tiled and timber floors, and quality joinery.
This double block project required screw piling and used extensive curved roof form work. The use of imported hand laid ceramic roof tiles and custom faced and curved brickwork are featured.
