This double block project required screw piling and used extensive curved roof form work. The use of imported hand laid ceramic roof tiles and custom faced and curved brickwork are featured. The environment necessitated the use of stainless steel window surrounds polished concrete and timber flooring large format exterior tiles. Very high quality joinery and internal finishes with the most recent complex electrical and mechanical functions.
