Architect designed new home including demolition of the existing dwelling. The project included various building techniques including piling, Shotcrete, multiple concrete slabs aluminium roofing and windows, tiled and timber floors, and quality joinery. Designed for multiple self contained living this dwelling supports two areas of independent habitation.

The construction of this new architect designed home, pool and landscaping was designed to use the most recent in technological finishes.

This new architect designed home, pool and landscaping optimises its elevated position, this home's three levels are articulated to the northeast with a top floor boasting an 11.7 metre wide living area under 3-metre high ceilings with cantilevered support.
