This new architect designed home, pool and landscaping optimises its elevated position, this home’s three levels are articulated to the northeast with a top floor boasting an 11.7 metre wide living area under 3-metre high ceilings with cantilevered support. Floor to ceiling glass melding seamlessly with a broad patio that fully capitalises a high standard of workmanship, fixtures and fittings using a variety of modern building products and technology. This elevated restricted access needed to use low maintenance external wall materials aluminium windows polished concrete and timber floors integrated air conditioning

A design must reflect its environment. It needs to be part of and look and be part of where it belongs whilst allowing its inhabitants to soak in its ocean vistas at every opportunity.
Architect designed new home including demolition of the existing dwelling. The project included various building techniques including piling, Shotcrete, multiple concrete slabs aluminium roofing and windows, tiled and timber floors, and quality joinery.
This double block project required screw piling and used extensive curved roof form work. The use of imported hand laid ceramic roof tiles and custom faced and curved brickwork are featured.
