The construction of this new architect designed home, pool and landscaping was designed to use the most recent in technological finishes. With a high standard of workmanship, fixtures and fittings using a variety of modern building products and application technology. Situated on a elevated restricted access site. Extensive use of low maintenance external wall cladding materials, aluminium windows polished concrete and timber floors. Integrated air conditioning was also in the specification.

This double block project required screw piling and used extensive curved roof form work. The use of imported hand laid ceramic roof tiles and custom faced and curved brickwork are featured.
Architect designed new home including demolition of the existing dwelling. The project included various building techniques including piling, Shotcrete, multiple concrete slabs aluminium roofing and windows, tiled and timber floors, and quality joinery.
Individually designed to be a reflection of each unique site and client. This renovation essentially is a new build, 3 level home and 2 level garage plus accommodation dwelling.
