Steve is the Managing Director and Founder of PHD. A licensed builder since 1987, Steve, won his first two HIA Awards in 1993 and was placed first in the prestigious ‘Top Home of the Year’ Award (Far North Queensland Section) and fourth overall in the State for his design and construction of a high set Queenslander-style home.

Steve’s diverse management experience in project, construction management and lump sum contracting has made PHD the respected building company it is today. Administration systems and best practice systems allow for the successful completion of numerous concurrent projects. The PHD culture prides itself on permanent long term administrative staffing and contractors who themselves have long term proven capabilities in their related trades.
